I finally got the chance to take Michael Rompf up on his invitation to visit him at AJ Foyt Racing...

This is Larry Foyt's Harley-Davidson V-Rod...

This is the car Larry Foyt drove at Pocono this year...it only goes over 200 MPH down the straight away.

Michael suggested a car he would feel more comfortable letting me drive.

This is a brand new chassis being set up.

This is what's left of the car that Larry hit the wall in during qualifying at Indianapolis.  The rear of the chassis has been cut off and this part of it is being sent back to be rebuilt.

This is me pretending I am in the winner circle...cheering fans, champagne showers, pretty girls kissin' me...yeah right!
